I placed an order 5th of October 2022 on Swiggy in the Bathinda district for veg Cheese noodles and paid 135/- for the order. After 22 minutes of anticipation, I receive unhealthy tasteless Tofu noodles. I have also informed the help desk and raise my complaint But he insisted saying that we can only refund 68/- Rs. When I decline the refund, your Executive Aarshi told me raise your complaint threw email [PROTECTED]@swiggy.com.

Firstly I am not satisfied with order because food quality is very bad and secondly as per swiggy application My food order should have come from Bagga Singh but my food order comes with some other person.when I asked that person about bagga singh, he said bagga singh is my uncle and he busy somewhere else.

I suspect that my food may have been changed in way. I want full amount refunded from swiggy comany. If i am sick in coming 7 days reason of food positioning Swiggy ready to compensate for that.
