Swiggy Reviews & Complaints- Swiggy Order#124097060510 - Refund issue Team,
I have placed an Order#[Protected]on 1st Jan however due to Swiggy (IOS device) application error i did not get confirmation message for the payment I have made also i could not see the order along with order tracking details in Swiggy IOS mobile app.
So I resubmitted the order#[Protected](which was in the cart) however once again i was getting application same error message so i was confused and contacted customer service.
The Customer care executive confirmed me there is an inconsistency in the mobile app behaving due to I got these errors. Also, confirmed me that couple of orders ([Protected]& [Protected]) i placed were successful and told me that she can cancel the duplicate order and process refund within 8 days however i didn't receive the refund yet.
I had a detailed conversation with KFC, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nādu today and found that they didn't process my cancelled order also they can't generate invoice and collect the money from Swiggy or customer for any cancelled orders.
Also, they requested me to contact Swiggy as as they didn't receive money for the order#[Protected]. So, I believe it is Swiggy's responsibility to refund me.
In my case the order cancellation reason is genuine and order cancellation was recommended and initiated by your executive as I have no intention to cancel the order. Due to Swiggy IOS application error i was not having any option to validate these orders from my end.

I would like to highlight few points to Swiggy management
* it is Swiggy's responsibility to explain customer ( if any one is asking for customer care executives help to cancel an order) regd cancellation policy & charges if there is cancellation fee/penalty is applicable. You can't expect a customer to read you policies and procedures
* No customer is ready to loose money for the service not offered to him/her
* Maintain call/chat history and don't skip your responsibilities in the name of your company policy
* I have submitted few tickets and sent few mail however for few i got very generic message that i have crossed deadline of 48 hrs to contact them however I instantly contacted customer care and Swiggy executive was the one cancelled my order then i would like to understand what is stopping/bothering Swiggy to process refund?
