After complaining of stale uncooked food they refused 100% refund rather gave a portion of it. They also refused to refund the membership fee which i asked as I wanted to deactivate swiggy because of their pathetic service.
They agreed to deactivate the account but refused to refund the food and membership fee which was bought a day ago. I sent several emails too but the only outcome is sorry we can't do anything.
The food was worth 2200 and membership was 900. However from food i felt its not right to complain about entire food, so i complained about the 2 most worse which was broccoli and angoori rabdi which i to throw as soon as I received it.
