I had ordered a cake as surprise for a friend who lives on the same floor as I on 17.05.22 at 8:17pm. At 8: 47pm i got the message delivered. However, next day i found out that the cake wasn't delivered.
I tried calling Swiggy but they consider this as a late complain and were available only on chat and asked me to mail. I mailed and their reply to my mail was that as per their investigation they are not able to validate and so close the complain.
They are not even ready to provide me the delivery person's name. I have already paid. This can happen again and if it does whom should we turn to get our refund. Also, my friend didn't get the gift on the special occasion.
Swiggy must extend support. I never thought a company like Swiggy would behave so unprofessional. Its disgusting and disappointing.
