Swiggy: Money debited from my account..but order not confirmed

Done a payment of Rs 921 to swiggy on 29.09.2022 through UPI..money got debited from my account..and got a confirmation from Google pay also..but didn't receive order..even after contacting for multiple times swiggy is rejecting the fact that they receive the money..got confirmation from my bank also that money has been credited to swiggy.
