I rarely order food online as I work till late nights usually. I had ordered some food on 5th of sept and food was delayed a lot. However I got refund for the same.
Again last night on 05/10, I ordered a roll and similar to previous time delivery expert shows up after delaying food for an hour.

I am not sure what the traffic is or how crowded restaurant is at that time but clearly there is some manipulation with food we order and food we get. I had slept by then as it was too late and controlling sleep just to collect food is difficult for me.

I raise this complaint as I didn't even get a refund after contacting them two times today for further investigation.
