I have ordered food through Swiggy on 3/10/2022 at 7.32 p.m. One pizza was ordered for my mother through La Pizo. Around 8.15 . I received a call from the delivery boy that it will take more than the delivery time , I asked to mention the time which he was not ready and finally said 30 mins more which I agreed to. I kept on following and tried to cancel my order on number of occasion but was assured through chat it will be delivered in next 5 mins. I kept up following the same till 10.00 p.m and finally cancelled it.
To my surprise I checked today morning and found the food to be delivered. On inquiring the same from my mother , she confirmed the non delivery. On my writing to customer care they have me justification that I should have called within 5 hrs. What they expect that someone will wait till 3.00 at night.

It is not a matter of Rs 236/- but of ethics of service industry. I feel cheated and my mother being harassed. I demand compensation for being cheated and mental harassment and agony.
