I go through this app of staranddaisy kids items and saw images of beautiful kid products though few things were not clearly mentioned so i called to enquire about authentication of this site .
customer representative said that they are just like firstcry shopping app they will return the item instantly if the item will be found defective. so i ordered this classic tricycle for my kid when i received the parcel i found the cycle is of cheap quality and defective.
I called them to return it they said to wait for tomorrow then they keep in delaying day after day then on 8th day they said we don't have any return policy then again i called them and another customer care said ok she will return but they didn't gave any ticket number of returning and pickup date.
Another day when i called they said we will not return only will provide parts which are defective. this is completely nonsense which part they will provide when wheels are coming out handle is not working push up handle is loose.
I am not able to move this tricycle to 5 steps parts start coming out going in any direction. how can i take this to road or park and put my baby life in danger. how can they provide such a cheap quality product putting others child in danger and then not returning it.
I have video also calls history also how many times they changed their statements and kept delaying and then said not to return.

I purchased a swing and slide set which is meant for 0 to 5 year old but its too small for my 20 month old son.. i have tried to call them but the number is inactive.. i tried watsapp and they are willing to coordinate a new order but goes off with an automated message when i ask about my existing one.. i purchased a refurbished item and it said that all parts of the product will be functional and safe but in my case most of the screws to fix the item is missing and i cant let my son on it.. and the box i recieved the item looked like it was in a car crash.. the product parts where torn out thru the box.. i have sent emails and tried every possible way to reach them but nothing has happened so far to fix the issue.. i see a lot of fake comments posted on the same day.. i guess this is what their customer services job is..
