Hey my name Parnika my friend order a crib of star and daisy from amazon but I have received wrong product it is completely different from the image shown on amazon.
Its being a week i am trying to asking them why return wasn't made but customer care always says she doesn't have any information for return pick up as i am trying to connect with whatsapp number because incoming calls are banned on that number but again failed there is no response.
Due to third party thing amazon people also not picking up. Being a normal person and just waiting for my delivery its not possible for me to take that much of pain and to do self return of 20kg-22kg product.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.
