My order id is #30750. Placed the order on 11 of November and I haven't got any update regarding my order through Staranddaisy.in after that.
I did not get the tracking id also..I did send mails to them and even tried calling customer care but no answer. Checked the tracking status on their site and no update has been made in that as well..
It is very irresponsible of them to be running an online site this way being a reputed kids brand. I want them to contact me soon enough with my order information.. I paid 3500rs for this purchase I made.
If I had known this would happen I would have never shopped from Star and Daisy
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
