I traveled from Delhi to Amritsar from 21 Feb 2022, during this when i received my luggage I found my luggage wheel was totally damaged, Agent (ATQ/PRABHJEET/134948) Immediately raised the complaint, i wait for many days later i got the mail in that they mentioned there is no compensation for wheels.
If there is no compensation for wheel why they raised my complaint, I have sent many mails to them but there is no reply. Requesting you to please raise my complain and do need full.
Luggage responsibility is airline responsibility. I talked with spicejet customer care also but there is no positive response, After tried all my best I do complain here, I hope Soon I will get positive response. Many thanks.
