SpiceJet: Complain again Vaneeta Pradhan spicejet employee

Refusal to help heart patient
Made me miss my flight and no refund initiated

This is a serious complaint against a spicejet employee VANITA PRADHAN ( staff at international airport mumbai T2 ) who was extremely rude, illmannered and not helpful towards me. Instead of quickening my check in she wasted time in arguing and delayed me further for my boarding because of which I missed my flight. The representative said the check in just closed and refused to help me for a minutes delay.

I am a heart patient and needed assistance with my check in luggage and mentioned this to her as well. There was no Assitance provided to help me with my trolly bag as I reached the check in counter and was asked to take the luggage on my own as I was just in time for boarding and was unable to walk fast due to my medical situation. I was getting breathless.

Vanita Pradhan spicejet representative directly refused to help and said “it is your fault, you are late” her speech and tone was sadly very unprofessional and highly disregarded. I was unable to speak and requested her to speak to a family member to explain my health situation but she refused to do that as well neither did she let anyone else help me. The spicejet representative Vanita Pradhan then forcefully took me to the check In counter and checked me out. She has harassed me in spite of telling my medical situation. If this complaint is not going to be resolved in 24 hours I will have to take this to a higher authority because this absolutely no acceptable.

This is the most pathetic form of service I have ever experienced especially towards a person with a medical situation. Tried calling the customer service during the time of check in but was on hold for all most 15 minutes.

Previous to this 2 of my spicejet flights from Mumbai to gwalior (UBKYYP)and gwalior to Mumbai (S9UB6C) were cancelled by spicejet due to airlines issue and we’re rescheduled to a 16 hour connecting flight journey with another airlines.When we as customer can adjust and tolerate these goof-ups airlines make why can’t the airlines make small adjustments like this to help a passenger who has medical difficulties to board the flight on time.
