SpiceJet: Non providence of boarding pass

This is regarding the boarding pass of the below mentioned flight and passengers traveled. On the said date your kiosk machine and boarding pass was not getting printed at the jammu airport and the staff sitting at the airport told to download the boarding pass from the website but to the the utter shock it was neither getting downloaded nor it was sent in email.

I then called customer care number of spicejet to get the pdf copies of boarding pass for the travel undertaken upon which the lady told me that I have to mark an email to get the copy of the boarding pass accordingly I did the same.But I didn't receive the boarding pass till now. Then again, I called the spicejet to get the pdf copies of the boarding passes upon which the gentleman told me that he has sent on my email.

But when I checked my email, it was not sent. Then today again I called spicejet to get the pdf copies of the boarding pass upon which the gentleman Mr Aashu Sharma told me that it is impossible to get the boarding passes and I have to pay 300 per passenger to get travel certificate.

I am surprised to hear that for the travel wherein the system and kiosk machine failure at spicejet end I have to pay approximately 1200/+ amount which is really unprofessional and is a deliberate attempt to earn money by initially not giving boarding pass at the time of travel and later on taking money from the customer by saying that boarding pass is not possible, and it is only the travel certificate which can be issued upon payment.

This is clearly cheating and fraud with the customer which is not allowed as per the law of land and the company has hereby been advised to send the boarding passes or the travel certificate on or before 26.12.2022 otherwise and this email is a legal notice on my behalf and in case of non-receiving of boarding passes or travel certificate on or before the stipulated date.

I have got all the evidence which clearly proves that spicejet customer care people initially told me that I will get the boarding passes and today they denied sending boarding passes and is compelling for payment to get boarding passes/travel certificate.
