I enrolled the service when got call from shine executive but in that call he said will appoint 1 dedicated executive for job so he will coordinate with recruiters for job and enrollment process, I got call from Alisha Sahare regarding the refund policy I am busy in other activities so I am said ok fine after that I got call from that dedicated executive and explained me the process and tell me I am help you for the job I am said ok but in that call he was asking the 5200/- again for documents verification charges I told him no and said when I enrolled your executive said no other fees I need to pay to shine but you are asking he said if you are not paid then I am not help you I will provide you the service that is flashing your profile only to companies only.
No other service will give you so I am not accepted this and ask him for refund also send multiple discussions and mails conversations with Alisha for refund but they are not ready I deleted shine app and told her to delete my account from end also I am visited to app after enrolled just 2 days ago I enrolled for service.Please help for refund my money.
