My name is Sk Sharique im a registered user on shine.com . I received a call from Shine.com on feb 2 2024 stating that they can help me with job search but it will be a paid service so I denied their offer. On feb [Protected]I called shine my stating I need premium service because I was not getting job anywhere. They said it will cost Rs. 3327.71. I said yes this time since the amount was not much.After purchasing it I was said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship Manager" for me and he will look into my profile faults and help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only and i don't have to make any further payment.

So, i paid this Rs. 3327.71 and then he said they will assign a Relationship Manager and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.On same day Shiva" (Relationship Manager) called me from Mobile number "+[Protected]" at 6.54 pm IST and initially he asked me about my Job preference and post 30 minutes discussion.

He told me in order to avail good Job, i would have to get maoe some corrections to my profile that will help me to get a job and i would get exclusive services and it will be Life time free.first he told me to make payment for education and Job background verification. I agreed but after making a payment of Rs 5992, he said that this was for education only and job verification costs 9556. I agreed and paid that also.

Then he said next step is to work on resume improvement for which he said I have to pay 14807. I paid that also. Then He again asked me to pay Rs 17700 for job interview assistance I denied but he said it will make the other payments use less. So I made that payment also. Then again he said that if I need to get full response from companies then I need to pay Rs. 24779.00 for jobs on the move and Rs. Rs 23599.00 for career assessment. I paid the Rs.24779 but for Rs. 23599 I paid only Rs.10000.

After this I searched for shine job service and found many people falling in this sales scam. I have already emailed them regarding it. And to asking my refund.

I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get my full amount refund "Rs.85361.71" from Shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any other details or information from my side.Thank you very much for you help in advance.
