My name is Ankita Das,
i registered on shine.com few years back. I received a call from Shine.com representative on "07-Oct-2023", wherein he explained me about Paid services of shine.com with Nominal price of Rs.3292/-

Initially i showed no interest but then he started flattering about the services offered by them, wherein he said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship Manager" for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only and i don't have to make any further payment.

So, i paid this Rs.3292/- and then he said they will assign a Relationship Manager and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.

Next day ,"Mr. Biren" (Relationship Manager) called me from Mobile number "+[Protected]" on "09-Oct-2023" at 2:30pm IST and initially he asked me about my Job preference and post 20 minutes discussion.

He told me in order to avail good Job, i would have to get 2 services(2nd & 3rd payment mentioned below) of Rs. 7284/- and Rs. 12742/ and i would get service from excellent shine.com for lifetime. So, with hesitance, I paid next 2 payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment but post this he again said i would have to avail another service (4th payment mentioned below) by paying Rs. 30676/- then i told this so wrong/fraud and i ask him to give me confirmation mail that this is the last payment.so he sent me a mail.It was written in that mail.

As per the discussion for your profile, we are sharing the complete Services recommended for you, We will complete the final 2process of your profile to go for effective job assistance. A process cost will be Approx. INR 30000/- +GST Services will be :

Their is no mention about " each process or a single process " as per mail just like 2 process payment is 30000+ GST.here, he tricked me and told me this is the last payment.But, he didn't clear that this was the one process payment.

i made 4th payment as well but that time again he asked me to avail another service for Rs. 46727.00 (fifth Payment mentioned below) to which i denied as this time i understood something fishy here. That time he cleared that their was 2 process as per confirmation mail . 4th payment was the first process payment of that 2 process as per mail .

So, i requested him to i don't want to do this payment.this is clear fraud/cheating and i need full refund to which they denied and said there is not refund system in shine.

Below are payment i made to shine.com :-Total amount i paid is 54,622/-

First payment (Paid) --; Rs.3292/- (Product :- Application Booster Package)

Second payment (Paid) -- Rs. 7284/- (Product :- Visual Resume for Experienced Professionals & Employement Verification)
Third payment (Paid) -- Rs. 12742.00 /- (Product :- Education Verification Plus Package 2 & My Job Thought Report)

Fourth payment (Paid) -- Rs. 30676.00/- (Product :- Jobs on the Move: 180 Days
& Featured Profile & Issue focused Negotiation Test)

Fifth payment (I denied as understood something fishy here)-- Rs. 46727.00/- (Product :- Job and Interview Assistance & Career Growth for Professional Success & Professional Summary)

I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get my full amount refund "54,622" from Shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know ,if you need any other details or information from my side.
