Hi Team, I’ve even harassed by Samsung company regarding the warranty I have received with my fridge. I bought a fridge approx 8years ago from Croma Linking Road, Mumbai.
They gave us a scratch card and we won lifetime warranty which is about 20 years warranty. My compressor got spoil and I have raised 3 requests that Samsung has closed.
A rep initially came and verified all the details and everything is valid even then it’s been 3 weeks and Samsung won’t even tell us anything or why they are closing it. I’ve been calling customer service and they have been transferring me yo every department.
At this time I’m tired and harassed by Samsung. I was given a warranty and even if they cannot abide by it at least tell me why. I have gone to Croma Linking Road as well samsung service centre but no one is able to help at all.
No one will answer my calls or now no one will come to verify things. I’ve been writing to them as well.
