We had bought a Samsung fridge worth 100000 and it has roughly been 2 years since then. The company is not at all providing post purchase service. The condenser of the fridge is out of order so after calling the technician twice for the repair we had to replace the condenser.
So the service team ordered the item on Samsung website on 5th April. The delivery deadline was 7 days and till today they haven't contacted us about the status of update . We have called them nearly every day for the past month.
We spoke to the Supervisor, the head in-charge of delivery, the head manager of Belgaum samsung service. And yet we have never received any single updates regarding the delivery date.
Samsung is not at all taking this matter seriously we are really fed up with their screw ups. People are falling sick to with the fridge completely out of order. We wave been throwing food almost every day now.
And a person in our family also fell ill recently because of lack food poisoning (due to eating spoil food out of the fridge). After conveying all this to them the don't at all intend to take this matter seriously.
So we please ask you to ask them for refund or replacement of the fridge on our behalf because we waited for the condenser for more than a month time we have lost more than the price of the product.
And we have still no idea weather the product will be even delivered or no. So we please ask you for your help in this matter.
