Self ordered Samsung Galaxy watch5 and Samsung galaxy buds online using Samsung website on 24th of Aug, self paid 38998 Rs but got invoice for 35998 Rs they are Thugging the customers by giving offers saying 3000 Rs instant discount if you pay using debit card, the discount whatever said is only showing in their voice that they gave 3000 Rs discount but that extra 3000 Rs they are debiting from our accounts.

As it was not shipped on time I cancelled my order, they partially refunded 2999rs but for the remaining amount not refunded till now even after calling them on regular basis, every single day every one of their executives says they are escalating the issue to the concerned team, but the issue not yet resolved.
