Samsung Mobile: Selling Poor Quality Products

I have brought the Samsung s20 plus in Oct 2020. Now soon after the warranty completed the mobiles started giving problem like battery time reduces and now the display is gone while i was on a call.

Now the company is telling u need to pay ₹ 15,500 to get it fixed and they are not even telling why is it gone. When i have checked these online many other customers to got same issue after the warranty completes.

The customer care executive itself admitted these only comes after warranty is completed these way they are trying to scam the people by using poor quality product for high end phones and scamming the people.
