Samsung Mobile: Sold Defective Product

I bought a Premium phone from Samsung and within 5 months it's mother board, and charging board is corrupted ( wifi stoped working after an update and services center informed it whole system is at fault seems like its a manufacturing defect).

If this is the quality of Samsung Premium Product then I don't know how there other products are.
I requested for a replacement which am told is not there policy , but I requested an exception as I see that they have sold me a defective product, Because if it's not a defective Product then this is much bigger problem as Samsung Rs 100k + product cant survive 5 months. So that means customer is bound to spend more money to repair it or let go of a product in 5 months.

Please I am requesting help because i dont know where to go now, I have lost all interest in this phone if it's not replaced then suggest me something that would give me some satisfaction towards the hard earn money i have given them It might be nothing for them but it was my few months salary. Please help, right now I feel cheated and robbed.
