I am Rumman reza, Being a core loyal customer of Samsung. Today I am crying with bottom of my heart. Samsung has disappointed me from every edge. I am a user a galaxy s20+ on [Protected]at around 8:00 PM suddenly a pink vertical line has appeared on my phone.

I am not even using my unit at that time. (Same has happened in past with my galaxy note 9) that time also Samsung didn't address the issue. This time I called the toll free helpline and lodge a complain.

They have asked me to submit the unit to Service center. I did the same on [Protected]they have inspected the unit thoroughly. And make a report that (NO LIQUID TRACES AND NO DAMAGE, ONLY LINE ON DISPLAY).

So it's very clear that the issue is not from my side. I request Samsung to change my display free of cost. Other wise I have to file a legal complaint in consumer court against Samsung. (I AM ATTACHING THE Documents that Service Service center has given me).

A guy name, Rohit majumdar the so called Customer experience Manager, A extremely rude guy called and said you will get 10% discount. My point is that even the Service center Manager VIPIN from samastipur om computer said the report I have made shows that there is no fault from your end They report says (NO LIQUID TRACE AND NO DAMAGE ONLY LINE ON DISPLAY).

The Service center Manager said to escalate the issue again your request has to be approved for free of cost repair. Remember this if I didn't get the best solution Samsung will lose a very loyal customer.

And I will surely look about legal actions this time. So I request Samsung to consider my request else I will go to court about this issue and your rude Manager ROHIT MAJUMDAR (have seen thousands of complaints against this guy ROHIT MAJUMDAR)
