My samsung galaxy m30s started hanging and auto restarting. I have searched all over internet and it is fully the fault of samsung (arised due to some update). Some people got free repairing for it. But they are asking me for over Rs. 6000.
I am complaining against them because firstly they told me it will cost 2800, but when i asked for free repairing(as it is their fault), they increased the repairing cost. I am not at all ready to pay any cost because of the company's fault.
The resale value of the phone is not even half the repairing cost they told. Kindly look into the concern.
