No Help Against Basic Manufacturing Defect

I had purchased Samsung M30 mobile phone in 2019 from Amazon. Now this phone showing basic motherboard problem which is a manufacturing defect which cost around 7200 INR.
Respected, this problem frequently noticed in M30 series phones but many customer unable to write or many are writing to company or you about it, but everyone is silent. Samsung Company doing fraud and making people fool in M series mobile phones. please do needful.
I already mailed to company but they said that they are doing well and their products do not have any such defect and my hand set is out of warranty, so i need to replace it on chargeable basis which is around 7200 INR.
