Samsung Mobile: Defected Piece Received

Am Utkarsh Anand. I purchased a Samsung mobile phone, model-M-32 in 31-Oct-2021. However, just the same day the display of the mobile started to malfunction.Since mobile is in the warranty period.

I have approached to one of samsung authorized service center (USHA TECHNOLOGIES PLOT NO-330 PREM NAGAR, GURUGRAM-122001, SERVICE CENTER CODE- 0002250463).

Service center guys only updated software multiple times without acknowledgement of hardware issues. I have also submitted a video for the hardware issue also, mobile has been deposited only in the name of collaboration, display has not been changed yet.

In that service center, my mobile was being deposited in the name of change in display, i had follow up with SONU- Sr. Engineer, Vishal- Manager, Kajal- Front desk executive, toshid alam all of them told me.

That display has changed however, when i got the Job sheet, there is no written communication. regarding change of display, Job sheet only mentions software got reset.

Now, as a customer, I have visited the service center 20 times a month from the office, with my own expenses. Tempered glass has been changed multiple times also due this.Samsung has destroyed customer faith, time and hard earned money.

Samsung has cheated on customer faith. Who is responsible for the mental and physical,financial harassment from your end?? From day one mobile received defective piece why not changed by service centre.

They are exploring invest warranty period and not wants to change any parts only wants customer will shift to another service center as per always his Sr engineer sonu and other says.

He all always argument and misbehaves not giving any solution. Kindly change my defective piece other wise i have to go in consumer court for justice. Invoice and acknowledgement of service center attached.
