I put the Gold loan for 72000 & we got the letter from Karur Vyshya Bank which tied up with Rupeek stating the next day 11.09.2022 will be auction & we need to pay the interest by 10.09.2022 & we paid the amount on 10.09.2022 the next day which is 11.9.2022 we called Rupeek Customer care & we updated the same they mentioned that the amount is reflecting & we will take it further & no issues with the Gold, after 2 days we checked the app our Ornament is not showing up we called KVB bank they confirmed it is gone in Auction.

This happened cuz of the fraud management of Rupeek & the carelessness of the Rupeek team, Rupeek auction team visited KVB bank on 11.11.2022 & signed our ornament for auction without verifying whether we paid or no, we paid 12259Rs on 10.11.2022 to protect our Gold. because of the negligence of the Rupeek team we lost our Good & we lost our money.

I request people who are about to put their Gold in the FRAUD companies like RUPEEK pls don't do it. Save ur Gold, don't believe Rupeek, Customer care is useless, every time we call we have to tell the same story again & again with Different Different people, very careless, negligence, they don't have any information they will simply says u will get call within 24hrs but the 24hrs will never come until & unless we call & tell the whole story.

Pls pls don't believe RUPEEK & loose GOLD, its a lesson for us to not to believe on the online apps like this.We will reach out Banking Ombudsman, NBFC whatever possible ways I can I will Sue them.
