I did cancellation on 24 may more than a month gone but still get any refund from them. Their policy is 25 -30 days. Called customer care a lot but they are keep waiting me please help me to get my refund amount asap before that they stated to give the booking amount within 7 days but after they changed to a month.

They keep on convincing me please take action i have to give that amount to my friend to help i just need that money in quick time so kindly look after this complaint and refund amount soon.
