I have booked a ticket in sanjana travels bus from bidar to bengaluru through red bus on 6th December 2021. The bus had accidents in middle of the way at garden dhaba its near to Jevergi.
The agent not made alternate bus arrangements. But the bus operator has said that they will made 100% amt refunding arrangements then i have came to bengaluru with another bus.
After 5 days i have got only rs. 300/- of refund amt from red bus but total fare amt is rs.799/-. The bus ticket no. is TQCZ[Protected].
