Red bus took 5000 rs from me for a return fare and bus never reached the boarding point refer screenshot you wood know, now when I haven't boarded the bus how wed I return back and my return tickets are also waste , please take strict action against them please. they made us wait for 2 hours at the boarding point and never reached.

We moved on when it showed a delay of 10 hours please get my refund back from red bus, even my cab charged me 2000 rs to and fro journey from home to pick up and back to home. M very tense Pls don't book from red bus. They don't even provide a replacement bus or don't even initiate the refund. Total of 7000 rs.
