I have booked a ticket on 22nd APRIL from PAMURU to HYDERABAD. Boarding time was 8:00 PM and i have reached there by 8:08 Pm because i had to travel 50 kms to reach Boarding point by linking bus.
The bus operator was very rude to me and yelled at me in very unprofessional way. Because of 8 minutes delay they have demanded 2000 extra money and i rejected to it and they did not allow me to board the bus.
I demand full refund and strict action has to take on travels for their unacceptable rude behaviour with passengers.
