I had a service request to the Jeeves Service for refrigerator. The company called asked me to pay Rs-1000 over gpay for the parts but after few days the parent company mailed me that the parts is not available so service request has cancelled.

Now the Jeeves company whom I have paid they are not ready to refund the amount. I have tried to contact with them several time but they are not ready to refund the amount.

I have also tried to contact with the parent company but the parent company is saying if you have paid by cash or any other payment method to them then you have to contact with that person whom you have paid.
