I bought a Hisense A71F 126 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Vision & ATMOS via Flipkart on 3rd October 2021. I also purchased an extended warranty of three years from Jeeves through Flipkart on 6th October, 2021.
My TV malfunctioned 2 months back and I invoked the service warranty from Jeeves. Since then I am having the worst experience of my life that I have never had with any other customer support. I have written several emails and calling their customer support for the last two months but the only thing we keep hearing is it will take two more days.
Two months have passed and no action yet. First they kept pushing the matter and when the technician collected the malfunctioning PCB from the tv, we haven't heard back from them. They have been giving all sorts of reasons and pushing the matter further and further.
