Dear Team,
This is Srinivasa Rao Pujari, one of the customers of Flipkart from Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.
i am very happy to shop with Flipkart, i have lot of experience with Flipkart and i love to shop with Flipkart.
But recently I just bought a Washing Machine in the name of GALANZ 8 kg and it was delivered also. one service person in the name of Mr.T.Madhav Kumar came to my home to install my device. That person does not have the patience to say the wrong words to me and behave like a Road side guy also.
He shouting very loudly at my home and using very careless words to me. I was really worried about my family at that time. I Trust Flipkart very much but I didn't expect this type of service from Flipkart. So Kindly take a necessary action to Mr.T.Madhav Kumar the Vizianagaram Service person.
I request you please don't send this type of person to install my device. At my home , my children and my wife are there. I am really worried about the safety of the people who install my divice at my home. I am at the office.
How can I trust my family's safety? Flipkart sends this type of angly, careless and using bad words Service People to install devices at home.
So Kindly take a necessary action to Mr.T.Madhav Kumar the Vizianagaram Service person.
