MI 4X TV is not repaired even after 26 days.

I have purchased Mi 4x 43 inch tv through Flipkart at Rs.24999 and 3 years Complete Protection Plan from Jeeves for Rs.1799 with order No. OD[Protected]in January 2020. Since from 31st August 2022 my tv is not working and I have raised a complaint through Flipkart and Jeeves Customer care service on 01.09.2022.
Till now 26 days completed there is no response from either Flipkart or from Jeeves. My additional warranty is valid till January 2023. I have contacted them through calls, emails, Social Media but they were not responding to my concern. Please help me on this issue thank you.
