horrible experience ever shopping from offduty .. please don't purchase anything from this site .. customer service is so poor they don't even co operate .. the scene is I've ordered a denim of grey color and they sent me a black one like totally different and when I am trying to contact them for returning the product they aren't responding it says we aren't able to .. like what is this man ?? very disappointed and worst experience ever

Want to return my order as does not fit and product is not upto expectation...and noone is picking up the call or rrsponding either

I have ordered a pair of jeans they have send me only one and the other is still not delivered i have sent email in the helpline centre they are not responding and not refunding my money it was a prepaid order please help

the offduty india company haven't checked the package and they have rejected my request .and the package is in the original condition with tags on it...please help.
