I have purchased a product from Offduty India. I am not satisfied with the product and request for Refund. Product received on 11th July 2023 and refund requested on same day. It's in in original condition with tags intact.
But company is declining the refund and forcing me accept store credit with partial amount only instead of full amount. Calls are not attended by executive and they clearly decline to share any Senior level person / Manager contact details....

I have purchased a blue denim which was not as displayed on the site. Hence I returned it.Now since 1 month I have been sending them mails but no positive response I am highly disappointed and shocked that such a huge brand has such bad services. First u didn't provide the same jeans now u are not refunding the money....

They didn't deliver my product and now not even responding and not even returning my money back.
I have been contacting them from last 1 month but no one responds. Instead they send the same nonsense mails about how I liked their product when I didn't even receive them....

I have purchased a product from offduty India.I am not satisfied with the product. It is not usable for me. It is in the original condition with tags on it. Company is refusing to take my return....
