I have purchased a product from Offduty India. I am not satisfied with the product and request for Refund. Product received on 11th July 2023 and refund requested on same day. It's in in original condition with tags intact.
But company is declining the refund and forcing me accept store credit with partial amount only instead of full amount. Calls are not attended by executive and they clearly decline to share any Senior level person / Manager contact details.

Same. I ordered clothes that say Easy Returns and Exchange. However, I want to return one of the items, as it is not the size purchased, and the return landing page says that the items are non returnable.
