I have made a transaction of 9995rs on 17dec 2021 OnePlus app but as my mood changes i have cancelled my order. I have made payment through Paytm on OnePlus app but OnePlus haven't refunded my money yet.
I have contacted on Paytm about 2-3 times they said me that transaction is successful from their side and also given me written declaration. But I contacted about 30-40 times on OnePlus customer care.
They said me that transaction is pending and always making an excuse either their senior is absent, sometimes says that they are not able to provide refund. In short from December 2021 they are giving me next date always for resolution.
My lot of time wasted already and due to this my business also affected. Please complaint a case against company and provide me resolution. I also need interest for my money and compensation for my time wasted.
