i have closed my shop 1 year back then i was using paytm sound box but now i have to deactivate the sound box they are are not doing it and charging me every month till now i have paid 2000 rs even though i have registered complaint 2-3 times they are not doing anything and still charging me its a #total #scam of #paytm their helpline number is also a #bigscam their employee was forcing me to collect some payments from my customer which i dont have as i closed my shop.

She was explaining me their scheme for business merchants even when i m telling her again and again that i dont have any kind of business and given me a answer that we have registered complaint but i have registered many why are they charging me and not deactivate my sound box. when i asked her about their nearby headoffice to complaint or request she said we dont give our office address to anyone i mean does they make any sense as she was telling you have to find your sound box otherwise the payment cant be stopped that means i have to pay them forever without taking any services from them its#totalscam please help in this.
