Paytm had debited my wallet with Rs 2326 on 06.10.2022 as order on Swiggy. I have not ordered anything from Swiggy on 06.10.2022. I registered complaint wit paytm vide ticket id [Protected]and I have shared my swiggy account screenshot with paytm 24*7 help on their app and they replied that they will revert back within 48 hours.
Since then I am regularly asking them status of my complaint but there is no response. In the meanwhile I have contacted Swiggy regarding this transaction of Rs 2326 on 06.10.2022 and swiggy checked and replied that there is no such transaction in my swiggy account.
Paytm is sending me bills towards late payment charges of Rs 590 every month and I am receiving 2-3 calls everyday from their recovery agents for payment of this fraudulent transaction and they are not ready to listen my problem. The mails sent to paytm support is bouncing back.
