First of all NHAI has invented Fastag service but they do not provide service regularly after coming product in market. On 17/10/2021 i had crossed Mumbai Pune Express way Toll plaza, At the time of crossing toll plaza my paytm fastag Balance was low.
So i had paid that amount in cash and just crossing the toll amount also been debited from my paytm fastag. They had debited amount 2 time. On 12/10/2021 i had visited pune, at that time i also paid toll fees in cash but bloody hell paytm fastag debited that amount on 17/10/2022... what the hell is that...
Patym should have to inform me or they should debit that amount and show me minus balance what actual had.
But they did't do that, for this issue i was complaint to paytm care but they have't response me. As they have 20 days TAT for resolving the issue. But after 20 days passed, there is No Refund or No any Response...
Today morning i called them and asked for my query they still want more time to solve the issue... i asked give me time when you would solve this, so they don't have proper answer even i tacked with higher authority, she lady also asking for more time but she is not proving proper time.
