I was ordered one sound box on 31 Oct 2021 and it was delivered on 5 nov 2021 and after getting many issues in sound i decided to inactive it in last weak of November and talk to customer care and they inactive.
It after pick up sound box from my place. And my retaIl charges continuously deducted and i complaint to customer care service regarding this they told your no. Have 2 sound box.
But i purchase one so my complaint is why they issue two sound boxes on my no. [Protected]and deducting rental charges. And regarding this i complaint to customer care so many times but they didn't solve my problem.
So please solve my problem as soon as possible and my sound box ID is ending with digits 747212 and another one which was issue is 845256.

I had paid for life time @1999 to Mr.Chetan, and he has not paid to company for lifetime, now every month Rs.125.00 is deducted from your account.
