I m using paytm sound box from a year..and know i have lost that sound box of paytm. i called paytm customer care they said you have to pay 1999+299 charges for deactivate device.
I already paid 499+ monthly 125 charges. know why should i pay the amount. They are not deactivated my device yet. paytm is charging me every month 125 rs. and i m not using that service.
So please look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible. last 3month i m not using there service and they are very rude. they said. why your call us every time. we want some time to solve your problem.
