I booked a bus from Jaipur to ghaziabad which was scheduled at 11 pm on Sunday. It was a single sleeper AC seat. That bus was cancelled and I got a call I was told by the bus operator that the next bus would come at 2 am on Monday in which I will get similar seat and it will go to Delhi.
And then they will send me ghaziabad on their own expense. But none of them happened. The seat provided was extremely bad and very small and without AC. (I have video proof for that).
The driver and staffs were constantly shouting and smoking which made the ride extremely irritating. I payed full amount of single sleeper AC seat but had to come on a seat without AC and too small for one person.
I work at income tax department vaishali ghaziabad and had important work on Monday because of which I had to board that bus. And I had to go ghaziabad from Delhi on my own expense only as the bus operator did nothing after reaching Delhi.
When I complain to Paytm regarding this they gave response with "bus operator deals with refund" but when I gave money to Paytm and it was the mediator between us why should I talk to anyone else for refunds.
