Booked Wrong Movie Tickets From There End And Now Not Refunding

I booked movie tickets for 21 may but when i paid the amount of the tickets they send me a message of 20 may booking and i have screen shot of that i booked 21 May ticket and also of getting 20 may tickets.
And when i raised the complaint in paytm they are refusing to refund the money they are doing fraud by booking wrong tickets by there end. I want my refund i want justice.
