I have purchased ONE PLUS TV ONLINE in the month of Nov 21. Within 45 days, the TV has got damaged on 22nd Dec. There has been no solution from One plus either on replacement or repair since 22nd Dec.
No updates from anyone in ONEPLUS and auto generated mails seeking 7-10 working days every week. Its been almost 20 days TV is not operational.I do not want replacement or repair as we can understand the quality of product.
And service of One plus. I want refund of my tv. Also one plus does not have their own services. They are dependent on 3rd party service. Customer care is one of the worst as there is no escalation matrix at all.
