Maine one plus store se new phone one plus Nord 2 purchase kiya phir 2 din use Kiya phir usme battery draining issue tha to uske liye mene. Replacement kiya to delivery boy le gya use phir vo 15 din baad vapis aaya.
Jab box ko open Kiya to usme na to charger adapter+data cable or na hi Bill tha. replacement se phele mene box me sari chije di thi unhe. ai company me call kr kr k thak chuka hu lekin koi solution nhi de rhe daily 24 to 48 hours de dete hai or solution bhi nhi krte.
