Pls find the msg given below how they harassing me, already i have told i do not have job right now i m not earning, even one axis bank executive asked to pay some amount and i have paid asked amount. Still one hope the legal department torturing me on daily basis this is very horrible and disturbing my mental health, its effective my health. Kindly help in it and do the needful.

According to IPC section 42O and 421 .
As your credit card is pending, our legal recovery team will be visiting your registered address to paste the demand notice and file a complaint against you in your nearest area police station. Your Aadhar CARD , PAN CARD, voter ID will be blocked and the same is intimated to your local police station for filling (F.I.R ) and all your reference numbers provided for taking loan will also be intimated with the same. As FIR will be filed against you, your CIBIL will be updated as a defaulter and you will not get any further loan from any brank in your lifetime. A fine of Rs. 20,000 will be charged now for delaying your due payment and a Government fine also of ₹ 10,000 to ₹ 30,000 depending on the delay will be charged on this case.
