Hudson line (Delhi) Branch, I had a salary account which stopped receiving salary 5 years back, in 2022 they realized that and did not convert my account automatically to savings even after all these years as customer is not aware of these things. They cut 100 rs in January and then I received a mail that it will automatically convert to savings in next month. After 6months again 100 penalty for still not receiving salary, I contacted them regarding why they cut the amount to which the reply was "YOU DID NOT COVERT IT TO SAVINGS" I received a mail again that it will convert to saving automatically.
Why are you sending mails when you want the customer to physically change the account type. this bank stolen m y money in name of penalty. And then i contact the branch people as i am not in country right now, the person name (Anchal who contact me for any account problems) did not help me at all.
She does not know how to help a customer. i contacted other people as well but the response was we will refund the amount after you change the scheme code which i did after coming to the country in chennai and i contacted anchal to check and provide confirmation. she did not help till 3 months, i had to contact other senior people. they also said we will check and never got back to me.
I have taken out my funds now. tired of this shit, Anchal contacted me today for FD and when i asked her that she hasn't helped me at all, she said "sab ghar baithe help nai milti, branch b aana padta h" is this the way you talk to customer? how does your bank handle NRI customers then? i am so tired. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER.
