4TH SEPTEMBER, 2023 8pm i received call from a person talking as an axis bank customer care division for credit card reward points redemption and asked me to download an axis bank rewards app and at 9.30PM, MY AXIS BANK FLIPCART CREDIT CARD WAS DUPED FOR 1.62 LACS IN FRONT OF MY EYES WITHOUT ME SHARING ANY OTP WITH ANYONE. MY PHONE WAS HACKED BY the fraud. I immediately called everybody i knew from axis bank including my relationship manager but they told that they cant do anything and to call the 1800 number written behind the credit card. when i called it.

The automated msg wasted my precious minutes and then they said that phone banking ppl work only from 8am to 8pm, still i somehow blocked my card immediately. I FILED A COMPLAINT Service Request no. SAK0000[Protected]and the reply is very disappointing. it is total contrast to the axis bank handling manual for fraud credit cards (which can be easily searched online) i blocked my credit card immediately and filed a complaint too so i am 0% liable for any credit card fraudulent transactions but the reply says that the transaction was by OTP so i am liable for the loss and if i dont pay, i l have to bear extra interest on it.
